Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez is a boutique 5-star hotel with a contemporary and elegant design. The center of Saint-Tropez is within walking distance and the beaches of Pampelonne are at a few minutes drive.
The building originally housed a 3-star hotel that the French architect Jean-Jacques Ory transformed into a structure that meets the most advanced requirements of eco-sustainability.
Hotel Sezz continues the tradition of luxury resorts for which Saint-Tropez is famous worldwide. The hotel is surrounded by a lush private garden. Protagonist of outer space is the large pool with a dynamic design.
Hotel Sezz evokes Occitan atmosphere reinterpreted by the creative genius of the famous designer Pillet, who trained with Philip Stark. Public spaces of the hotel are all contiguous, starting from the front desk at the main entrance, that leads to the Dom Pérignon bar and the restaurant, run by renowned French chef Pierre Gagnaire.
The restaurant and bar are constructed from pale gray local sandstone, embossed cement and panels of aged, stained wood. The large laquered vases are a Pillet trademark and are matches with futuristic seats.
Each of the 37 rooms, suites and villas is the unique expression of the aesthetic theme of the Hotel Sezz Saint-Tropez. The golden tones of the red carpets and the reds of the lighting fixtures recall the palette of local materials.
The green and lush gardens enhance these contrasts, and give life to Pillet’s graceful and round design. The hotel spa is made of stainless steel, bronze and materials typical of the style of Provence: aged wood, American walnut, solid oak and local sandstone tiling.
