The project for the new UnipolSai offices in Terni was born from the desire of its owner, Gianluca Gambini, in order to render the work place more efficient.
Following the guide lines dictated by Unipol, architect Andrea Tomassini has reinvented the space, organizing the ambient in a fluid and funzional way.
The project foresees the distribution of functions according to a well defined scheme. The executive office communicates with the other offices which are linked to the front office, Unipol bank and waiting room. The meeting room is separate from the others and can also be accessed by an independent entrance.
The front office communicates directly with the public. The counters are in laminated wood bordered in abs made- to- measure by Falegnameria Tomassini. A shade of blue was chosen that matches the UnipolSai logo.
The dividing walls are in transparent plate glass with applied serigraph representing an intelligent solution for dividing the work space but with light. The ones chosen for the project were made by Adam, sector specialists for over forty years.
In the waiting room are the original Kuark of Kastel armchairs with finishings that echo the bright yellow of the entrance. The floor, the same in all of the offices, is in charcoal grey ceramic.
The walls are covered in durmast laminate wood panelling with aluminium inserts. In some parts the panels can be opened offering access to service areas.
The true protagonist of the meeting room is the large TR table designed by Fantoni. Color Five 5R chairs by Gaber add a touch of colour.
The room is organized in such a way as to have a large ceiling high equipped wall on one side and on the other a projector screen and TV stand. The cabinets are by About Office.
The tailor made furniture are the feather in the cap of the executive office. In fact Falegnameria Tomassini made the large executive desk and TV stand with container. The elegant lobby chair is by Kriteria of Kastel, covered in leather lends a modern and comfortable touch.
Here the durmast laminate wood panelling has a light grey edging and is also used to completely cover the bathroom. These panels near the meeting table can be opened hiding a series of ancillary spaces.
Attention to detail and choice of furniture has rendered this office a perfect blend of comfort and design, in fact it is not only a functional place of work but is also a welcoming and productive ambient.
