The company took its first steps in 1989, when Enzo Catellani, founder and designer, made his first creations, Turciù and Albero della Vita, characterized by the use of flex and a new concept of lamp based on interaction with this object -subject. A few years later the various experiments began: from the reflection on the warm color of the light that led to the Luce d'Oro collection, to the irregular lighting surfaces. The company received many awards, including the great honor of illuminating the Casa Batllò in Barcelona, a UNESCO heritage site, with the Macchine della Luce, Postkrisi and Bella collections.
