The deep respect for the raw materials and for the ancient art of carpeting at the base of the CC-Tapis philosophy is also evident in the way in which its founders contributed to the growth of the country that hosts and produces their product with the CC-ForEducation Foundation, which provides comprehensive education to employees' children. The wool that is used for the CC-Tapis rugs comes from the Himalayan sheep, from which a high-quality and very resistant material is obtained, thanks to the high percentage of lanolin (natural wool fat), which protects from stains by waterproofing the wool fibers. The wool dyeing process is made by hand as well, andchanges according to the single project, resulting different each time. For this reason only a small stock of color samples is kept.
CC-Tapis provides the customer with a natural product, free of chemicals and artificial fibers, which can be customized according to the customer's wishes and space necessities.
