USER REGISTRATION


On TomassiniArredamenti.it you can register quickly and simply, thus streamlining your purchases and quotation request.

When registering you will be asked to provide an e-mail address, name, surname, town/city, country, and a telephone number (not mandatory). At the end of the procedure you will receive a self-generated password which you can change whenever you want.

When accessing your Profile you can modify your personal data and preferences, enter Dreambox, view the summary of your orders and verify all quotation requests.

Once having registered, for every purchase or quotation request, you do not have to provide your shipping address or other personal data anymore.


REQUESTING QUOTATION


Requesting a quotation on TomassiniArredamenti.it is very easy: simply browse among the product categories and select the one you are interested in.

On the product page or in the preview, you can see the details of the item selected, relative pictures and technical data. You can request the quotation by clicking on “Request Price”.

You can remove or add more articles to the same quotation request before sending.

To continue with the request please select “Proceed with quotation” on the Quotation page, specifying the country and then the town/city of delivery, which are necessary for calculating transport costs.

If you are a registered user, insert your user name and password to Login and conclude the quotation request.

If you are a new user insert your e-mail address, name and surname and click on “Create Account and Confirm Request” and then on “Proceed”. You are now registered on our website (you will be sent a self-generated password which you can change whenever you want), as well as the quotation request for the articles you selected.

In 4-5 days our Staff will send you a personalized quotation to the indicated e-mail address. If you do not receive it, please contact us again at info@tomassiniarredamenti.it specifying the product you are interested in and the town/city of delivery.

The quotation is not an automatic process but is prepared by our Staff who have to consider all the details of the requested articles as well as transport costs, etc., so it takes time and needs attention. For this reason we do not give prices over the phone!

RECOMMENDATIONS:

- check you have written your e-mail address correctly, otherwise you will not receive an answer;

- after a few days check if our quotation has finished up in “Spam”;

- before sending a quotation request always consult the technical data of the selected product and specify as much information as possible (“Please insert details”) of the items you are interested in (e.g. the size of a sofa, if you prefer a fabric or leather cover, the colour you would like, etc.). This will facilitate our work immensely!


BUYING FROM A QUOTATION


If you are satisfied with the quotation you have received and wish to proceed with the order, please contact us.

Once you have given us your invoice and delivery details, we will send you an order form with all the details of the chosen product/s (description, price, technical data, pictures, finishing, etc.), payment modalities (50% upon order, 50% before shipment), our bank details for the down payment, plus all our sales conditions.

Please carefully check that all details on the order form are exactly what you want, sign all pages for acceptance and send it to us, together with the copy of the down payment, either by email customers@tomassiniarredamenti.it or fax (0039) 0744-309966.

At this stage you have complete the order request.​


BUYING DIRECTLY FROM THE WEBSITE


To buy directly from TomassiniArredamenti.it, simply browse among our product categories and select what you wish to purchase (the chosen product must have the price indicated, otherwise you can only request a quotation!)

On the product page or preview you can consult the details of the article chosen, view the relative pictures and technical data if available. You can carry out the purchase by clicking on “Add to basket”.

Always on the product page you can click on “Check price”: in this way we check product availability, especially for articles on display in our showroom (Expo Offers), and will let you know if we can apply an extra discount for this article.​

It is possible to remove or add products to the basket before sending the request.

To continue with the purchase select “Proceed to Checkout” on the Basket page specifying the destination first and type of shipment you have chosen.

If you are a registered user insert your user name and password to Login and conclude the order.

If you are a new user insert your email address and click on “Create Account”: complete the windows with the requested details and click on “Proceed to Checkout”.

Before confirming, we will show you a summary of your shipping and billing details and a summary of the purchased products. Please carefully check all data and specify any special request concerning the product/s or delivery.

To conclude and confirm your order click on “Submit Order”: our Staff will contact you within the next 48 working hours to confirm receipt of your request!
 


PAYMENT


We require the following to proceed with an order:

    - 50% of the total amount upon order confirmation

    - 50% when the goods are ready for shipment

Accepted payment modalities are:

    - FINANCING*

* These transactions must be carried out personally at our showroom in Terni, Via Curio Fornaci no.3 (ITALY)
 


DELIVERY TIME


Delivery times are as follows:

- 6-8 weeks for the MANUFACTURE of the furniture: from the order confirmation until the goods are available at our warehouse (August and December excluded);

- 1 week for QUALITY CONTROL: at this stage we verify product compliance with the order, integrity of the goods and prepare items for shipping to the specified address;

- 1 week for DELIVERY in Italy or in European Union Countries;

- 2-5 weeks for DELIVERY in non-European Union Countries.

If you have received a quotation and would like to proceed with the purchase but are not quite sure, remember:

- we can give you real feedback from our customers in your area, with the possibility of contacting them whenever you wish!

- once the order is confirmed we can send you (by courier) small samples of the finishings you have chosen: in this way you can personally check if the pattern and colours you have seen on your PC or tablet are exactly what you want!

- before shipping the goods we always carry out quality control and order conformity: in that moment, before settling the remaining 50%, we will send you pictures of all your products ready for shipping. In this way you can be assured that all the goods you have ordered are really at our warehouse, ready for delivery to you!

- to protect the products for international delivery, our carpentry workshop manufactures special supplementary wooden crates which are difficult to damage!

- we only collaborate with leading furniture carriers having branches worldwide.

- in our quotations we always include an all-risk insurance that covers all damage caused by transportation, guaranteeing maximum safety: if something arrives damage, we will substitute it!

PURCHASING FAQ


Can I have a quotation over the phone?
You can contact our telephone customer service to clarify any doubt you may have concerning the products or purchase modalities, but not prices. To have a quotation you must send your request directly to our website www.tomassiniarredamenti.it or by e-mail to info@tomassiniarredamenti.it

If I request a quotation, can I have the price immediately or must I wait?
The quotation is not an automatic process but is prepared by our Staff who have to consider all the details of the requested articles as well as transport costs, etc., so it takes time and needs attention. Generally we manage to answer within 4-5 working days.

Can I request one quotation for more products?
Of course! After having clicked on “Request Price” for the first product you are interested in, you can choose “Add Products” and continue to browse selecting others. When you have finished click on “Send Request”.

I have sent a quotation request but have not received an answer.
What must I do?

First check that our quotation is not in “Spam”. If you do not receive a reply within 4-5 working days, please contact us again at info@tomassiniarredamenti.it specifying the product you are interested in and the town/city of delivery. If it is the first time you are requesting a quotation, check you have written your e-mail correctly otherwise you will not receive an answer!

To furnish a complete environment can I request a special quotation?
If you need to furnish your house, office, hotel or shop, please contact us to request a personalized quotation. Write to customers@tomassiniarredamenti.it or call us on (0039).0744.1925400. If you prefer, leave your number and we will call you back at your earliest convenience.

I have already received a quotation and wish to purchase. What must I do?
To proceed with the purchase you must provide us with billing and delivery details. You will then receive an order form with all the data of the chosen items (description, price, technical sheet, pictures and finishings, etc.), indicating payment modalities, our bank details for the down payment and all our sales conditions.

What are the methods of payment?
To proceed with the purchase we require 50% of the total amount upon order confirmation and 50% when the goods are ready for shipment. You can pay by bank transfer, credit card (only personally at our showroom) or financing (only personally at our showroom).

I would like to proceed with the purchase but I am not quite sure. Can you reassure me?
